- for unlimited time with Business service
Updates are only available for the person or company who placed the order. In case we get request(s) for an update from a third party person with the same license, we are authorized to suspend that license (update and support will be no longer available).

You are allowed to get free support
- in the first 3 months after your order with Personal service
- in the first 6 months after your order with Professional service
- for unlimited time with Business service
Free support means that we will try to solve every problem, which is closely related to our extensions on your site. Currently, you can't contact us by telephone, please use our support form!
Support is only available for the person or company who placed the order. In case we get support request(s) from a third party person with the same license, we are authorized to suspend that license (update and support will be no longer available).
